Concrete becomes high-tech

As a pioneer, Sudholt-Wasemann develops and manufactures high-tech elements made of the trend-setting material Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC). With our interdisciplinary know-how, we offer tailor-made, high-performance and industry-proven solutions for a wide range of applications.

In our core business of machine engineering and industry, we are already the market leader in the application of UHPC. In the construction sector we make the use of certain applications of ultra-high performance concrete possible through scientific cooperation.

Our story

Sudholt-Wasemann is a family-run company founded in 1996. Started as a conventional precast factory, fascinated by the versatile application possibilities of the material and characterized by technical curiosity, we set ourselves the goal of redefining concrete.

Concrete was to become high-tech. Out of these ambitions has grown a leading specialist with unique know-how in the application of the innovative material 'Ultra High Performance Concrete', who, together with strong partners, managed to open up new markets for concrete beyond the construction sector. We have already been able to win leading global companies from industry and machine engineering as clients. Awarded with an innovation and a growth prize, we have always stood for technological progress.

In order to continue to be able to offer customers future-oriented solutions, Sudholt-Wasemann cooperates with leading technical universities and enjoys working on innovative pilot and research projects.

We believe that through the continuous development of interdisciplinary know-how, technological possibilities and a clear focus on practical feasibility, applicable innovative solutions can be developed.

This philosophy has enabled us to redefine the applications of concrete. Thus, we can already offer a full-service for the high-tech concrete of the future and always strive to open up new markets. Our solutions made of UHPC are suitable for a wide range of applications with the aim of enabling clients to create more economical products with improved performance and increased sustainability. In this way, we not only contribute to the further development of the concrete industry, but also play  a role in solving some of the biggest challenges facing many industries.

    supplier of the binding agent nanodur® compound 5941. dyckerhoff is one of the biggest producers of cement in germany and joined the italian buzzi unicern group in 2004. nanodur® compound 5941 is a binding agent, which, for the first time world-wide, makes it possible to manufacture components from ultra high performance concretes in a simple and safe way, using established raw material and conventional mixing technology.
